Job Title: Telecaller

Salary: 15,000 – 60,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and confident Telecallers to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships to achieve sales and service targets.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services and their benefits clearly.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate details.
• Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Any graduate or fresher with good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
