Job Summary:

As a Legal Advisor you will be responsible for providing clients and internal departments with legal assistance and advice. The responsibilities of a legal advisor include drafting legal documents, managing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable legal standards, structuring solutions for issues, and providing support in legal issues.

To be successful as a legal advisor, you should possess excellent analytical, research and writing skills, the ability to make good judgments, and be able to work well within a team. Ultimately, a top-notch legal advisor should have strong communication skills, be able to manage a large workload with a tight deadline, and remain up-to-date with laws.

Rolls & Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports for senior management on legal activities and issues
• Filing the revised agreement for sale
• Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents (e.g. deeds)
• Educate employees on legal matters and compliance issues
• Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation
• Contribute to the development and revision of internal policies to ensure legal compliance
• Coordinate with the advocate in court matter & proceedings
• Identify legal risks and propose appropriate measures to mitigate them
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulations
• knowledge of all RERA matters & compliances from the registration of project to its quarterly updating
• Knowledge of re-development of society, MBMC compliance, & Society formation.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Minimum 7+ of work experience as a real estate/ civil lawyer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High analytical with strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
