Head of Retail

What started as a community-first D2C brand has expanded into experience-led retail destinations where our Blissqueens don't just shop, they connect, discover, and belong.

As Head of Retail, you will lead and own our expansion across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), Franchise Owned Franchise Operated (FOFO), Company Owned Company Operated (COCO), Shop-in-Shops (SIS), Pop-ups, and Omni-channel experiences. From flagship stores in India's most iconic malls and high streets to neighbourhood formats that integrate community and commerce, you'll design and deliver experiences that redefine what offline retail can be.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Retail Expansion: Own end-to-end business development and scale our presence across various offline formats, securing iconic real estate in premium malls and high streets nationwide
• Own the P&L: Take full ownership of the offline channel's growth, profitability, and operational excellence
• Shape Partnerships: Build strategic alliances to place Blissclub in India's most influential retail destination
• Operational Excellence at Scale: Build playbooks, processes, and teams that ensure consistency, efficiency, and delight across every store
• Category Leadership: Position Blissclub as the category-defining apparel brand in offline retail

What We're Looking For:

• A visionary retail leader with 10+ years of experience in scaling lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands offline
• Track record of owning and growing P&L at scale at a new age brand
• Deep understanding of customer experience design and community-first retail
• A leader who thrives in high-growth, high-stakes environments, balancing strategy and execution effortlessly
• Passion for building something epic—retail that leaves a mark on culture, not just commerce

Blissclub was founded in 2020 by Minu, because she couldn't find great quality activewear where the fit, functionality and feel were just right. Designing technical apparel for movement requires a deep understanding of the problems faced by the wearer and we at Blissclub are spearheading a revolution to design with intent and for every'body.
