Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism to support seniors, caregivers, and provider offi ces, while assisting with scheduling, reminders, and resolving service requests.

Identify customer needs, provide accurate solutions, escalate urgent issues when required, and route requests to the appropriate internal teams.

Document all call interactions accurately in internal systems and manage service requests using the service playbook to ensure timely resolution.

Support care coordination activities by following up on discharge patients, lab results, pending documentation, and other patient-related tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution while consistently meeting KPIs such as call quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Exceptional communication skills with strong profi ciency in English (verbal and written).

Prior experience in a call centre, customer support, or sales environment is preferred.

Ability to handle conversations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with night shift timings.
