About the Role

We're scaling aggressively and need a design operator who can turn ideas into visuals that actually convert. This isn't a 'make pretty posts' role — it's a high-impact brand-building function where you'll shape how Artessa looks, feels, and performs across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Build high-impact creatives for Instagram (Reels covers, carousels, ads), Meta ads, website banners, WhatsApp creatives, and influencer content
• Design packaging elements, inserts, product cards, brochures, lookbooks
• Create visual guidelines, color systems, typography hierarchies, and maintain design consistency across the brand
• Work closely with the Founder on campaigns, launch visuals, and brand pages
• Take raw assets (even low-quality ones) and turn them into polished, premium visuals
• Develop storytelling-driven creatives based on moodboards, Pinterest references, Zara-style layouts
• Edit and enhance product imagery, render mockups, and support photo/video shoots
• Deliver designs that actually improve conversion rates and retention — not just aesthetics
• Manage timelines, versioning, and feedback loops like a pro

Required Skill Set

• Strong command over Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects (bonus)
• Ability to create premium, minimal, Zara/H&M-inspired visuals
• Deep understanding of aesthetic composition, layout, negative spacing, lighting
• Experience in D2C brand design is a strong advantage
• Strong visual sense + ability to replicate brand styles consistently
• Understanding of performance-first creatives for paid ads
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• A portfolio that doesn't need explanations — it should speak instantly
