We're looking for someone who lives and breathes fashion performance marketing — the kind who can look at a dashboard and instantly spot what's leaking, what's scaling, and what's screaming for a creative refresh. If Meta and Google Ads feel like home to you, keep reading.

What You'll Own

• Plan, execute & optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads for fashion brands (D2C, designers, luxury, the whole mix).
• Build full-funnel strategies that actually convert — not just pretty charts.
• Track ROAS, CAC, retention metrics, and consistently push them in the right direction.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
• Manage monthly budgets, pacing, scaling, and daily optimisation.
• A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, not fluff.
• Stay updated with platform changes, algo updates, and new formats.

What We Expect

• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, specifically in fashion.
• Strong command over Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display).
• Understanding of e-commerce funnels, attribution, and customer behaviour.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to take quick decisions.
• Experience with tools like GA4, Shopify dashboards, pixel setups, and automations.
• Someone who can handle multiple brands without losing their sanity.

Nice to Have (but not deal-breakers)

• Knowledge of Klaviyo/Email automation.
• Experience with influencer-driven paid campaigns or paid partnerships.
• Knowledge on On Page and Off Page SEO.
