Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring high employee engagement, managing talent acquisition strategies, facilitating training programs, and supporting organizational development efforts. The role also involves promoting a positive company culture that aligns with Binge Consulting's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, workplace compliance, and HR policy implementation
• Experience in performance management, training facilitation, and organizational development
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and tools
• Ability to work in a start-up environment with a focus on fostering company culture
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus
