Role:

Collaborating across the organization to create effective, dynamic and well-thought-out

internal and external visual communication for print and digital collateral - presentations,

templates, booklets, etc, upholding brand guidelines

Listening to design needs and coming up with ideas

Creating and designing various materials for print and digital collateral

Working with a wide range of media and use of graphic design software

Reviewing the work of external partners/vendors (digital or print) from the

conception to final delivery to give guidance and feedback on design elements.

Upholding brand guidelines, maintaining high standards of quality and making sure

only the best work is released to clients/on public platforms.

Requirement:

Min 1 year of experience designing presentations, templates and layouts for digital

and print collateral

Knowledge of design standards, understanding of data visualization basics, design

fundamentals, print, and the web

Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint, Prezi and

Keynote

Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, GIMP, Canva and

other graphic design software and with working knowledge on HTML, CSS

Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects

Familiarity with video editing, making animated Gif preferred

Additional brief : We are looking for people who are skilled in business graphics, i.e. people

who can make sense of data (basis discussions with our consultants) and convert that data

into easy to understand graphics or graphs or mnemonics. One of the tasks that this person

will also be doing is to create templates for presentations using various information areas

that consultants need and also create templates for proposals. We are looking for people

who can help us with the data visualization – basically any data the person should be able to

convert into a visually appealing way. Additionally, this person will also help us create posts

for all our social media platforms.

Yes, this person should have good design skills but should be able to understand data /

graphs to help the consultants communicate the right message from the slide.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or from an institute of

similar repute.

Compelling portfolio of work showcasing a good eye for visual details, design and

aesthetics over a wide range of creative projects.
