Job Overview

Bhagavan Medicals is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Shopkeeper to manage daily operations of the medical store. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of medicines, good communication skills, and the ability to handle customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day store operations
• Assist customers with their medical and product queries
• Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking
• Ensure expiry checks and proper product display
• Keep the store neat, hygienic, and well-organised
• Handle online orders (if applicable) and delivery coordination
• Maintain basic records (sales, stock, cash book)

Requirements

• Prior experience in medical shops/pharmacy preferred
• Basic knowledge of medicines (OTC, general use)
• Ability to manage billing software
• Good communication & customer-handling skills
• Responsible, honest, and punctual
• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduation is a plus)
