Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role located in Reading, with some flexibility for remote work. The User Experience Researcher will be responsible for planning and conducting user research studies to gather insights that shape product strategy and design. This includes understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through methods like interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations for improving user experience and providing research-based input during the design and development processes.
