Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage large-scale blue-collar hiring for our existing and new business requirements. This role requires a strategic mindset and operational efficiency in driving bulk recruitment, optimizing hiring timelines, improving candidate quality, and strengthening recruitment funnels across geographies.

Role & responsibilities

Drive end-to-end blue-collar hiring for pharmacy and delivery operations with high-volume targets.

Monitor and improve monthly hiring quantity and ensure saturation of Pharmacist positions.

Enhance fill rates using rolling 4-week check mechanisms.

Ensure timely onboarding of delivery personnel from the MRF (Manpower Requisition Form) date.

Maintain optimal candidate pipeline health and bench stock for delivery staff.

Execute regional hiring drives, job fairs, and collaborate with local channels for sourcing.

Innovate and implement new sourcing strategies and recruitment channels for semi-urban/rural outreach.

Conduct vendor management and performance evaluations for third-party hiring agencies.

Build and lead a team of recruiters; monitor performance, train, and mentor team members.

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business demands and align recruitment metrics accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile

Expertise in high-volume recruitment and blue-collar workforce planning.

Strong data orientation and proficiency in Excel dashboards & analytics.

Vendor management and negotiation skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Ability to manage hiring timelines under tight deadlines.

Team leadership with a focus on execution and scalability.
