Creative Director

We're seeking a visionary Creative Director – Copy with a proven record in ideation, scriptwriting, and TVC film campaigns. You'll lead our creative copy team and own big ideas across TV, digital, and integrated platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Lead concept development and oversee script writing for TVCs, branded content & social films.

• Drive the creative process from ideation to production, ensuring clarity of message and resonance with audiences.

• Collaborate with Art Directors, producers, and directors to bring compelling stories to life.

• Pitch concepts to clients and defend creative strategy with confidence.

• Mentor, inspire, and elevate copy talent across teams.

You Bring:

• 9+ years in agency or production environments with strong TVC film/advertising experience.

• Portfolio of scripts and campaign work that moves audiences and drives results.

• Exceptional storytelling, pitching, and team leadership skills.

• Deep understanding of brand narrative and visual storytelling.
