Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Services Associate at I THINK COMMUNICATION. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for handling media campaigns . Acting as bridge between the client and the media partners for smooth execution of the campaigns.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Support skills
• Experience 1-3 Years in the Industry
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of Finance concepts
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
