Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Associate, located in Bengaluru.

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, social platforms, and internal databases.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch products/courses accordingly.
• Qualify leads and convert them into enrollments/sales.
• Regular follow-ups to close leads effectively.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of lead generation and sales process
• Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome.
