We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Booking Executives to handle accommodation and hospitality bookings through a voice process. This is a work-from-home opportunity, ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for resort/hotel bookings

• Assist customers with booking details, pricing, and availability

• Provide accurate information about packages and services

• Maintain a professional and polite conversation with customers

• Resolve basic customer queries and ensure a smooth booking experience

Eligibility Criteria:

• Language Requirement (Mandatory):

• Hindi + English OR

• Kannada + English

• Good verbal communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
