Role Overview We're looking for a content producer who thrives at the intersection of research, storytelling, and AI-first content creation. This person will take raw insights from our network of founders, flagship IPs (e.g., events, expert panels, playbooks), and even marketing-focused books—and transform them into high-context, documentary-style multimedia content that engages, educates, and inspires our core audiences. Key Responsibilities 🎯 Content Research & Curation - Deep dive into WinnerBrands' content universe: recordings, founder notes, webinars, event transcripts, marketing playbooks. - Identify recurring insights, quotes, data points, and frameworks worth amplifying. - Stay plugged into adjacent industry content (e.g., HBR, marketing books, community podcasts) to cross-pollinate relevant ideas. 🎬 Content Repurposing & Creation - Convert long-form content into short-form videos, micro-documentaries, thought leadership snippets, and AI-narrated explainers. - Use AI tools like Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Sora to accelerate production. 🧠 Narrative Crafting & Storytelling - Build brand-aligned storyboards that balance intellectual depth with emotional clarity. - Develop repeatable content themes from key content IPs. 🛠️ AI-Led Upskilling & Workflow Optimization - Constantly experiment with emerging AI tools. - Create internal templates/workflows to reduce turnaround time. Must-Have Skills - Strong editorial judgement. - Experience in repurposing long-form content. - Familiarity with AI content tools. - Comfortable writing/editing scripts and captions. - Basic video editing skills. - Portfolio that shows content depth and sharpness. Good-to-Have Skills (Upskill On-the-Job) - Experience creating content for B2B or marketing audiences. - Motion design, storyboarding, or animation. - SEO knowledge. - Understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube.
