What you will be doing at Evalueserve

Own the end-to-end process of publishing HR reporting and dashboards with accuracy and timeliness using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Ensure high standards of data quality and integrity.

Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analytics.

Continuously improve reporting processes and bring insights that add value to the business.

Formulating as well as maintaining the HR policies & processes for Middle East region to ensure compliance to local law and internal policies.

Manage HR operational activities which may include employee referral payout and payroll related inputs.

Driving central projects from time to time.

Lead and support a team of 1–2 members to accomplish these responsibilities effectively.

What we’re looking for

8-12 years of overall experience in HR, with 4–6 years of experience of MIS, Analytics and HR Dashboarding.

Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Candidates with experience in managing small teams will be preferred.
