Overview:

As an Associate in Payments - Treasury Services Planning & Analysis (P&A), you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of our global Treasury Services franchise. You will lead key budgeting and forecasting cycles, deliver insightful management reporting and executive-ready presentations, and build analytics that support revenue growth, client profitability, and disciplined expense management. Positioned at the center of Finance, you'll partner closely with Treasury Services leaders and cross-functional teams to translate performance drivers into clear recommendations that influence strategy and outcomes across the platform.

Role Overview:
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is at the forefront of our financial strategy, leading and coordinating the budgeting and forecasting processes. This includes projecting earnings and capital over both short- and long-term horizons, adapting to varying economic scenarios. In this role, you will support Treasury Services across Payments by delivering timely, decision-ready management reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Your work will be essential in tracking progress against revenue and profitability goals, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring tight governance over headcount and expense budgets. Positioned at the intersection of products, regions, and client segments, you will partner with Finance and business stakeholders to translate insights into actions that help shape Treasury Services priorities and the broader Payments strategy.
