Technical Manager -.Net/AngularJS

Description :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance full stack applications using .NET MVC / .NET Core and modern frontend technologies.

- Define and drive technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices across teams.

- Architect and oversee development of RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams; conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards.

- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Oversee frontend development using Angular / React / JavaScript, ensuring responsive and high-quality UI/UX.

- Design and optimize database solutions using MS SQL Server or other relational databases, ensuring performance and scalability.

- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance for enterprise-level systems.

- Drive Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

- Manage and support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment strategies.

- Collaborate closely with DevOps teams on infrastructure, automation, and containerization strategies.

- Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution.

- Balance hands-on development with strategic technical oversight.

Must Have Skills :

Back-end :

- NET MVC, .NET Core, RESTful API development, understanding of OOPs and design patterns.

Front-end :

- Angular or React or Native JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Responsive UI development.

Database :

- MS SQL Server (preferred), Strong SQL queries, stored procedures, performance tuning

Tools & Practices :

- Git / Version Control, Agile / Scrum development methodology

Enterprise Experience :

- Proven experience working on enterprise-scale applications

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with DevOps practices and automation

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments

- Strong exposure to CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)

Soft Skills :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
