Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Project Architect. We are specifically looking for candidates with 3-4 years of experience. The Project Architect will oversee the design and execution of architectural projects, coordinate submittals and project documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.

Responsibilities include managing the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to sustainability standards, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining project timelines and budgets, and delivering design solutions that align with client goals and regulatory requirements.

• Qualifications
• Experience with Submittals and Project Documentation processes
• Strong Project Management skills and the ability to oversee project timelines and resources
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• On- site experience of 3-4 years at an Architectural firm
• Salary / compensation offered for the position- Rs. 30000-38000 / - per month depending on candidate experience
