Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ticketing & Passenger Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, including ticketing, check-in, and boarding processes. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, ticketing counters, and boarding gates - Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations - Check passports, visas, and other required documents for international travel - Answer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares, and other airport services - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval - Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure efficient and timely boarding processes - Ensure compliance with all airport security and safety regulations - Keep accurate records of all ticket sales and transactions - Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in computer systems and ticketing software - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
