Job Title: Commercesmith (Accounts & Statistics Educator)
Reports To: Director of Happiness ( Coordinator)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Commercesmith (Commerce Educator) who can take our commerce education platform to the next level! As a Commercesmith, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective commerce lessons that appeal to the millennial generation. You will work with our team of education experts to design and develop innovative learning experiences that inspire, educate and empower young people to succeed in the world of commerce.
Who can apply
Graduates & Post-Graduates from Commerce or related field.
0 - 1 year of rocking the commerce education scene.
Knows millennials' learning style & needs.
Can wield Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
Great communicator and problem-solver.
Indie worker + team player with top-notch time management.
Nitpicky eye for detail and passionate about empowering young entrepreneurs!
Roles & Responsibilities:
Be the accounting & statistics virtuoso!
Be the one who can demonstrate a high level of expertise in Accounts and Statistics teaching
Be the ultimate guide! Teach and support students of different ages and abilities.
Be the examiner! Prepare students for exams and track their progress to ensure success.
Be the boss of fun! Manage classroom behavior and create engaging lessons and curriculum materials.
Be the brainiac! Keep up-to-date with subject knowledge and utilize learning resources.
Be the innovator! Find fresh, captivating approaches to teach and engage students in Accounts &
Statistics.
Be the mentor! Provide guidance and support to junior Accounts & Statistic educators.
Should be able to teach Accounts & Statistics.
Employment Type: Full time, Work from office, 5.5 days per week (11AM - 8PM)
Location: Any RSA learning centre across Bangalore
Joining: April 15 to May 02, 2025
Compensation: 3.6 LPA
