Who can apply

Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Superb communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Google Workspace and HR software, because we love tech-savvy heroes.

Ability to handle sensitive information like a secret identity.

Proactive attitude with the power to work independently or in a super squad.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supercharge our recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

Be the champion of onboarding, ensuring new employees have a smooth entry into our super squad.

Solve HR mysteries and provide top-notch support to employees with their HR inquiries.

Keep our HR records and databases in tip-top shape, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Ignite employee engagement with awesome initiatives and activities.

Tackle HR administrative tasks like a speedster, from preparing documents to managing benefits.

Team up with other departments to save the day on HR projects and initiatives.
