Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a versatile and skilled call representative to join our dynamic Payment Integrity team. This critical role involves conducting outbound and accepting inbound calls with hospitals, clinics, physician offices, and supply companies. This position requires a good understanding of the US Healthcare system and HIPAA / PHI. This opportunity requires a self-motivated individual who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and continuous learning in a high-growth environment.
