Job description
Location: Bengaluru Compensation: Up to 20LPA ( basis current compensation) Role Type: Full-time Reporting To: Brand Head About the Brand The company is a fast-growing, digital-first education platform focused on helping learners build real-world skills and accelerate their careers. With a strong emphasis on outcomes, the brand is known for creating high-quality, insight-driven content that resonates with ambitious, growth-oriented audiences. It operates at the intersection of education, community, and content, with a clear focus on building a strong, trusted voice across digital platforms. About the Role This role is designed for someone who goes beyond managing social media and focuses on understanding why content works. It is ideal for someone who has spent time experimenting with content, breaking down what captures attention, and learning how algorithms and audiences behave. You do not need to have all the answers, but you should be curious, analytical, and driven to continuously improve. What You Will Do -Manage and grow social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube -Create and execute content across formats such as posts, carousels, and short form videos -Analyze performance to understand what worked, what did not, and why -Continuously refine hooks, storytelling, and content structure -Collaborate with brand and creative teams to bring ideas to life -Experiment with new formats, trends, and approaches to drive growth What We Are Looking For -Proven experience in growing a social media page, either personal or professional -Strong understanding of content, hooks, and audience behavior -Basic knowledge of platform algorithms -Ability to think from a user perspective and identify what makes people stop scrolling -High ownership and a willingness to learn through experimentation What Will Set You Apart -Experience in breaking down viral content to understand its success -Active interest in tracking trends, formats, and creator strategies -Focus on performance and outcomes rather than just execution -Excitement about building and scaling something from an early stage What This Role Is Not -This is not a role limited to scheduling posts -This is not purely execution without strategic thinking -This is not suited for someone looking for rigid playbooks Why This Role -Opportunity to contribute to building a brand from the ground up -Hands on exposure to what drives real growth -A fast learning environment where experimentation is encouraged -Strong foundation in content strategy and brand building About WinnerBrands At WinnerBrands, we are on a mission to create a community of the brightest marketing minds to deliver impactful, rewarding, and purposeful work by collaborating, contributing & co-learning with smart peers.
