LatinumHR is hiring a Principal Consultant – Life Sciences Revenue Management for a senior consulting role supporting global pharmaceutical and MedTech organizations. This position focuses on Managed Markets, pricing, contracts, and revenue transformation initiatives.
Location: Hyderabad / Noida (Preferred), Mumbai, Bangalore
Experience: 10–15 years
Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Revenue Management solutioning and delivery
- Drive Model N (preferred) implementations, rollouts, and optimizations
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Support large-scale commercial transformation programs
- Play a key role in presales, proposals, PoCs, and solution design
- Engage with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in Life Sciences Revenue Management & Managed Markets
- Hands-on expertise with Model N / Revitas
- Solid understanding of pricing, contracts, rebates, payer & channel management
- Experience delivering large Pharma / MedTech RM implementations
- Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Education: BE/BTech/MTech/BS + MBA (Pharma Management preferred)
