iTeach Schools is a Pune-based community of transformational schools providing high-quality and free education to secondary students and an exceptional College to Career (C2C) Program to support our student alumni till their first job. Our students are mostly first-generation college-goers who deserve holistic support to thrive in college and crack their first sustainable job. Towards this vision, we provide 360-degree support to 2500+ student alumni through a strong team of twenty five staff members. iTeach C2C is well known for its stellar results, aspiring professional development, exciting leadership opportunities, and nurturing work culture. Within the C2C team, four sub-verticals work: Admissions Team, Careers Team, Engagement Team, and Lifeguarding team. This role is for the 'iTeach Mitra', who will be associated with the

engagement team.

What is iTeach Mitra

The iTeach Mitra is a team of 25 youth leaders representing a vibrant community of 2500+ student alumni across all iTeach Schools in Pune.

As a Mitra, you act as a bridge between student alumni and the C2C team—building strong relationships, driving consistent engagement, and tracking student progress. You also identify and address challenges through regular follow-ups and outreach, ensuring students stay on

track and continue their college journey without dropping out.

Responsibilities Of ITeach Mitra

• Provide one-on-one support to alumni, helping them navigate academic, financial, and social challenges in college.
• Ensure active student participation in our programs through regular follow-ups, calls, home visits, and other engagement strategies.
• Collect and maintain essential student data, tracking progress in a structured and consistent manner.
• Plan and execute programs (e.g., iLead, Sports, field visits, sharing circles) to build a strong student support community.
• Collaborate with parents, colleges, and teams while identifying student risks early and connecting them to the right support systems, including organizing the Annual Alumni Fest.
  
  

Paid Opportunity

Stipend- 10000/month ( Inclusive of travel expenses)

Commitment - 1st May 2026 to 31st May 2027 (13 months)

Time commitment- Daily 4.5 hours, 6 Days a week.

Daily Work Timing : 2.00 PM to 6.30 PM
