International Voice Process

Description

We are seeking candidates for the International Voice Process position in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients through voice communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries via voice calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures during customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a voice process role (BPO or customer service preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
