About Satvic Movement
Satvic Movement is a community-driven health revolution to help you reach the peak of your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The Satvic lifestyle is rooted in principles of simple food, early waking, yoga, loving relationships, service attitude, and living in harmony with nature.
The knowledge shared is based on timeless ancient principles and is communicated in modern, practical, and easy-to-understand terms. It is shared through our online workshops (ranging from 3 to 21 days), books, and videos. So far, over 5 lakh people have attended our workshops, 100,000 Satvic books have been sold, and our videos have amassed over 1 billion views.
Founded in 2017, today, Satvic Movement has exploded into a thriving community of thousands of people across India, becoming one of the largest health revolutions in the nation.

The Mission
Your mission is to run a clean store by keeping our shelves always stocked and our products beautifully packed, ensuring every order is delivered on time and is of such high quality that the customer never has a reason to return it.
Location: This is a full-time role based at Satvic Headquarters in Devanahalli, Bangalore.
Your 3-Month Goals (The Targets)
- Delivery Timelines: Ensure 99% of our orders in Bangalore reach customers within 24 hours.
- Customer Complaints: Maintain less than 1% customer complaints regarding wrong products, damaged packaging, or bugs.
- Inventory Accuracy: Achieve 100% accuracy in daily Zoho updates. The physical stock on the shelf must match the computer every single night.
- Zero Production Delays: Ensure there are no pauses in work caused by running out of packaging materials (boxes, stickers, or bags).
- Always in Stock: Ensure food items are always available so we never have to say 'no' to a customer.
1. Daily Tasks (The Rhythm)
- The Daily Plan: Set the packing schedule based on what we have and what is selling.
- The Grinder: Decide exactly how much grain goes into the stone grinder for each type of flour.
- Updating Zoho: Update the system so it shows exactly what is in bulk, what is packed, and what is shipped.
- Dispatch & Delivery Review: Personally ensure the delivery agency has picked up all orders. Review the reports to ensure all deliveries reached customers within 24 hours. If they didn't, speak to the agency immediately and fix the process.
- Surprise Checks: Open a few ready-to-go boxes to check if the food is clean, the stickers are straight, and the box is neat.
- Complaint Review: Review customer complaints daily and make the necessary changes within 7 days to ensure the issue doesn't happen again.
2. Monthly Tasks (The Maintenance)
- Food Stock: Look ahead at the coming month. If we don't have enough food, speak to the Sourcing Manager in advance to place orders.
- Supply Chain: Check our stock of boxes, stickers, and bags. Order more before we run out.
- Stock Monitoring: Watch sales trends and adjust your grinding and packing plans.
- Deep Cleaning: Lead the team in a complete deep clean of the entire packing and grinding room.
- Pest Care: Perform a full check of all grains for bugs. Use natural ways (like sun-drying) to keep everything fresh.
- Team Management: Create the work rosters and manage holiday requests for your team. Spend time coaching them and keeping them motivated.
3. Annual Tasks (The Big Picture)
- Demand Forecasting: Work with the Team Lead and Sourcing Manager to plan for the year ahead.
- License Management: Ensure our FSSAI (Food Safety), Trade License, and GST papers are always updated.
- Compliance: Keep all registers and paperwork required to run the shop neatly maintained.
4. Instant/As-Needed Tasks (The Reaction)
- Fixing 'Holes': As soon as you find an error (wrong product or damage), find the 'hole' in the process and plug it immediately.
- Training: Train and support new team members until they are experts.
Competencies Needed
- An Organized Leader: You are a 'big brother or sister' to the team—fair and helpful, but very strict about quality.
- A Great Planner: You enjoy making schedules and hate running out of supplies.
What We Do Not Accept
- Bad Records: Leaving for the day without updating the Zoho system.
- Lazy Planning: Running out of boxes or stickers because you didn't look ahead.
- Pests or Dirt: Sending out a packet that has even one tiny bug or dust on it.
- Expired Licenses: Forgetting to renew our permission papers or FSSAI license.
