Content Marketing Intern – Peppy

We're Peppy — a young, unapologetically bold wellness brand that's making conversations around pleasure and self-care feel as normal as ordering coffee. We're building a brand that breaks taboos with sass, humor, and real talk.

And now, we're looking for someone who's just as obsessed with great content as we are.

Who we're looking for:

A smart, creative intern who gets Gen Z content, is willing to experiment, create, and grow with the brand — and wants to stick around for the long run. This isn't a 'just do some posts and bounce' internship. If you've got potential, we'll train you, push you, and hopefully hire you full-time.

What you'll do:

Write fun, on-brand content for Instagram, ads, and campaigns

Assist in creating both video and static content (including you being in front of the camera, if needed)

Be part of brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and creator collabs

Help out with content shoots — including ones with creators like Bhuvan

Research what's trending, what's clicking, and what's worth creating next

What we're hoping you bring:

Strong writing skills in English (bonus if you can think in Hinglish too)

Interest or experience in content creation — reels, posts, stories, whatever gets people talking

A naturally curious, proactive, can-own-things attitude

Comfort with camera or interest in being trained for it (we're a small team — we all pitch in)

Hunger to build something long-term, not just a summer side gig
