Workday Integration Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for experienced Workday Integrations Consultants to join a high-impact global engagement.

You'll work with a talented cross-functional team to build, optimize, and scale integrations across Core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Assessments, BGV, Benefits, and other connected systems.

This role offers exposure to global projects, complex integration landscapes, and an opportunity to engage directly with business and technical stakeholders in shaping next-generation Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Workday EIB, Studio, PECI, PICOF, Packaged Connectors, WECI, CCW, and Document Transformation.
• Build and maintain integrations with Recruiting, Assessments, BGV vendors, LinkedIn, DocuSign, and other third-party applications.
• Create and optimize custom reports and leverage calculated fields for data extraction and transformation.
• Develop XSLT / XML-based transformations and work with SOAP / REST Web Services and API Clients.
• Participate in client design sessions, define technical architecture, author design/technical specifications, and perform code reviews.

Must Have

• Proven experience in Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, PECI, PICOF, WECI, CCW, and Document Transformation.
• Hands-on knowledge of XSLT, XML, REST / SOAP APIs, and core Workday web service frameworks.
• Experience with Recruiting / BGV / Assessment vendor integrations, LinkedIn integrations, and DocuSign.
• Expertise in custom report development and calculated fields.
• Strong ability to conduct design discussions and produce detailed technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with global delivery teams across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Orchestrate, and Workday Extend.
• Working knowledge of WQL (Workday Query Language) and BIRT Reporting.
• Familiarity with integration architecture, security frameworks, and global multi-country rollouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in Workday integrations or conversions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
