Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the tech, operational and supply chain related changes in the Instamart business of Swiggy from a finance point of view.
• Work closely with leadership in managing acquisition, mergers and other similar initiatives as part of Instamart business.
• Lead discussions with banks for different capital requirements and regularly track, monitor and course correct the operations in tune with the agreed covenants/conditions.
• Oversee working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and financing for both long-term and short-term requirements.
• Implement, monitor, and audit various controls over processes in line with statutory requirements.
• Lead the stakeholders relationship with external technical consultants, statutory auditors and investors on preparation, finalisation and reporting of memos across various matters respectively. Coordinating with various internal functions for taking things to closure w.r.t. above responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the Finance Automation team to enhance reporting capabilities across functions.
• Manage overall relationship with marketplace sellers on Instamart
• Lead the implementation of SOPs across processes and ensure adherence through regular reviews.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• CA with 8+ years of experience
• Experience in working in an e-commerce environment is an advantage
• Integrity: High morale, self starter, ethical, and personal values in decision-making, communication, and actions.
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers and drive positive change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Open to change and effective in ambiguous or unexpected circumstances.
• Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office, Oracle, Zoho, inventory/WMS systems etc.
• Experience of leading a team of 3-4 people
