What We're Looking For:
Strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Expertise in handling H1B, OPT, EAD, Green Card, and USC candidates
Familiarity with VMS portals, ATS, and job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work in night shifts (EST time zone)
