Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute the complete marketing and digital presence of BM Elite International Clinic. This role blends creative execution, digital performance marketing, and brand-building activities across online and offline channels.

You will be responsible for ideation, creation, execution, monitoring, and optimization of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and generate quality patient leads.

Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Marketing & Campaign Planning

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns combining digital, ATL, and BTL channels.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams for seamless campaign execution.

Digital Marketing & Performance

• Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Execute and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads focused on lead generation and ROI.
• Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies.

Social Media Strategy & Content Execution

• Develop monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
• Create social media concepts, reel ideas, captions, hooks, and storytelling aligned with a premium healthcare brand.
• Handle posting, scheduling, engagement, and community management.

Content Creation & Editing

• Create and edit reels, short videos, and basic motion content.
• Design and edit creatives using Photoshop or equivalent tools.
• Coordinate shoots with doctors and clinic teams for authentic content creation.

SEO & Website Management

• Manage on-page and off-page SEO for clinic services.
• Support website updates, blogs, landing pages, and conversion-focused CTAs.
• Track keyword rankings and organic growth.

ATL & BTL Marketing Support

• Oversee ATL campaigns including print, outdoor, radio, and other awareness initiatives.
• Plan and execute BTL activities such as events, activations, sponsorships, in-clinic promotions, and direct marketing.
• Support offline branding initiatives aligned with digital campaigns.

Google My Business & Online Reputation

• Manage Google My Business listings, posts, images, and insights.
• Monitor and respond to patient reviews professionally.
• Maintain a strong and consistent online brand reputation.

Analytics, Budgeting & Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance across digital and offline channels.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective planning.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies.

Innovation & Automation

• Explore AI-based marketing tools, CRM automations, and workflow optimizations.
• Stay updated with trends in healthcare, aesthetics, and luxury brand marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare, beauty, or luxury brands preferred).
• Strong hands-on skills in:
• Social media ideation, reel creation, and editing
• Photoshop or equivalent design tools
• SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
• Creative thinker with strong execution and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
