Responsibilities

• Assist in the handling and processing of cargo shipments at the airport.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including freight forwarders, ground staff, and customs agents.
• Ensure compliance with aviation and customs regulations.
• Monitor and track the movement of cargo to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in inventory management and record-keeping of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain logistics and cargo operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with cargo handling equipment and safety procedures is a plus.
