We are looking for a Yeldam Operations Head
(Healthy Food | F&B | Brand Growth)
One dynamic person to take full ownership of the Yeldam brand — driving sales, shaping marketing, managing store operations, building the brand community, and scaling the healthy snacks & meals business.
He/she should have:
Good knowledge of healthy food trends, ingredients, nutrition
Understanding of F&B management — store operations, customer experience, hygiene standards
Ability to lead R&D — new recipes, product innovation, menu development
Strong sense of branding, marketing, and business growth
Ability to lead the team, manage inventory, sales targets, and P&L
Willingness to take full responsibility and grow with the brand
He/she will lead:
Promotions, Events & Customer Engagement
Partnerships & Collaborations
Reporting & Growth Targets
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite role — daily store & operations visits required)
