KEY RESPONSIBILTIES :

1. Videography & Content Capture

• Primary responsibility: Capture BTS footage across various stages of garment production
• Film BTS moments during celebrity styling sessions, fittings, founder/team interactions, and internal processes
• Capture exclusive Behind-The-Scenes (BTS) footage of influencer visits, fittings, styling sessions, and campaign shoots.
• Film candid influencer interactions, preparation moments, and live-set dynamics to create engaging BTS content.
• Ensure influencer BTS content reflects brand positioning while being optimized for Instagram Stories, Reels, and short-form platforms.
• Occasionally assist in shooting lookbooks, campaigns, and studio activities
• Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras; assist with basic lighting setups and equipment handling
• Capture real-time, high-quality visual content for Instagram, YouTube, and the brand's website

2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit digital-first content including Reels, interviews, styling videos, and brand stories
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create cinematic, polished edits
• Add motion graphics, branding, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and animation
• Reformat videos for multiple digital touchpoints: Reels, Stories, Shorts, and widescreen

3. Creative Development & Collaboration

• Ideate content formats and shoot plans in collaboration with creative and marketing teams
• Contribute to visual storytelling across campaigns and social media narratives
• Assist in building mood boards, refining visual direction, and planning content calendars

4. Digital Asset Management

• Maintain structured archives of raw footage and final exports
• Organize project files with consistent naming conventions and brand folder structures
• Build and manage a reusable library of templates, LUTs, overlays, and motion graphics

SOFTWARES & TOOLS KNOWLEDGE (Required):

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Media Encoder

Preferred (Bonus):

• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve

QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITIES:

• Background / Education in Fashion Videography, Film Production, Media, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or related creative fields.
• At least one prior Job experience in Fashion Videography, Editing, Content Creation, Fashion, Retail, or Social Media.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematic composition, lighting, framing, and pacing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and basic color grading workflows (DaVinci Resolve knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality Reels, campaign films, BTS content, and fashion-focused visual narratives.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and the ability to translate them into video formats across Instagram, YouTube, and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, audio setup, stabilization tools, and on-set coordination.
• Keen eye for detail, transitions, rhythm, sound design, and cinematic editing flow.
• Strong sense of trend awareness across Instagram Reels, YouTube formats, and fashion campaign storytelling.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced shoot environments.
