Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team onsite in India. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and be capable of producing engaging static and video content that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in design and video editing software, and a passion for staying up to date with the latest trends in social media and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

· Create compelling thumbnails, static posts, and video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

· Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.

· Edit and assemble raw footage into polished and visually appealing final products, ensuring high-quality audio, video, and graphics.

· Implement creative storytelling techniques to produce engaging, shareable content that communicates the brand's message effectively.

· Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation.

· Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements, including aspect ratios, length, and technical specifications.

· Maintain an organized asset library of footage, audio, graphics, and templates.

· Collaborate with the content creation team to conceptualize and execute visual content strategies that align with the brand's identity and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally focused on social media content.

· Proficiency in key software tools, including:

o Adobe Premiere Pro

o Adobe After Effects

o Final Cut Pro / CapCut

o Adobe Photoshop

o Adobe Illustrator

o Figma

· Video animation skills (vector and text animation) are a plus.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and content requirements.

· Solid grasp of video production processes including editing, sound mixing, and color correction.

· Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique, engaging, and brand-consistent content.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

· A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video content creation.

· Familiarity and interest in retail trading and the U.S. stock market is preferred.

· Fluent English (spoken and written).
