Warehouse Operations Manager-E-commerce

We sell actively on Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto. Our vision is to provide high-quality, affordable accessories with fast delivery through leading e-commerce and quick commerce channels.

Role Overview

We are looking for an E-commerce Warehouse & Operations Manager to manage end-to-end operations including Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, Vendor Central, and Quick Commerce platforms.

The candidate must have previous hands-on experience in the Consumer Electronics / Mobile Accessories industry, with strong skills in inventory, dispatch, compliance, MIS, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Manage inward & outward stock flow with 100% accuracy.
• Maintain proper inventory records using ERP/WMS/Excel.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.

E-commerce Fulfillment (Amazon FBA & Flipkart FBF)

• Process POs on Vendor Central Create ASNs, GRNs, Packing Slips, and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain packing standards, SKU labeling accuracy, and platform-specific packaging requirements.
• Manage order processing, picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart warehouse teams for smooth FBA/FBF operations.

Quick Commerce Operations (Blinkit, Zepto)

• Stock allocation, and replenishment to Quick Commerce partners.
• Ensure real-time stock updates to avoid cancellations and penalties.
• Maintain fast dispatch standards required for instant delivery models.
• Coordinate with vendors/logistics to ensure timely stock availability.
• Manage Transportation.

Team & Reporting

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team for efficiency and productivity.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot, Data Analysis).
• Monitor returns, replacements, and reverse logistics.
• Drive process improvements, cost reduction, and compliance across all operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in E-commerce & Warehouse Operations.
• Industry experience must: Consumer Electronics / Mobile Accessories.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, Vendor Central, and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto).
• Excellent Excel & MIS reporting skills VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS software.
• Team handling & leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
