Founded in 2010 by four passionate animal lovers, YODA (Youth Organization in Defence of Animals) is a registered charity based in Mumbai. YODA is dedicated to improving human-animal co-existence and works towards a cruelty-free city for animals. The organization provides prompt medical services, behavioral rehabilitation, and sheltering of homeless animals. YODA also focuses on vaccination, sterilization of stray dogs and cats, and educational awareness to prevent human-animal transmittable diseases like rabies.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Receptionist based in Mumbai. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls. Additional duties include managing front desk operations, maintaining medical records, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication within the medical office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing front desk operations
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
• Previous experience in a medical setting is desirable
