BIM MEP Specialist (India-based; contractor)

Working directly with experienced US BIM leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality MEP systems across multiple projects. What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 3-5 years (or more) of relevant BIM/MEP modelling experience in the construction industry (US project experience preferred). Proficient with Autodesk Revit (MEP module), and comfortable using Navisworks Manage / Simulate for clash detection & model coordination.Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, ELV) and their modelling/coordination in BIM context.Good understanding of Architecture & Structure for coordination in BIM context.Good command of English (written & verbal) for remote team communication, documentation and coordination.Ability to follow established BIM workflows, templates and standards; good attention to detailfortable working remotely, managing deliverables, and collaborating with a team across time zones. Bonus PointsExperience working on US-based or international construction/BIM projects (or exposure to US standards) is a plus.Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) like BIM 360, ACC, SharePoint, or equivalent.Experience with automation or scripting (Dynamo, Revit API) or fabrication support for MEP modelling.
