Role Overview the Associate – Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the institution's brand visibility, student enrollment, and overall growth by formulating and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires managing cross-channel campaigns, leading a small team, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the institution's marketing goals are achieved effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing plans aligned with institutional objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities, define positioning, and implement strategies to strengthen the institution's brand image.
2. Campaign Management
• Plan, manage, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-impact execution of campaigns.
3. Content & Communication
• Guide the creation of impactful marketing materials including brochures, web content, blogs, and social media updates.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
4. Market Research & Insights
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify industry trends and student preferences.
• Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
5. Lead Generation & Conversion
• Implement innovative lead generation strategies to drive inquiries and conversions.
• Oversee lead nurturing processes to support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
6. Budget & Performance Management
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
7. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, educational consultants, and external partners.
• Collaborate with academic and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals.
8. Team Leadership
• Mentor and guide junior marketing executives, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.
• Ensure smooth coordination within the marketing team and with cross functional departments.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education/EdTech sector.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and enrollment targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
• Ready to travel as part of marketing and business expansion activities.
