Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive execution aligned with business objectives.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and business stakeholders, while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning through execution to delivery
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a technical environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement solutions
• Ensure alignment of project execution with business goals and strategic priorities
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and continuously improve project management methodologies
• Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
• Maintain clear and effective communication across project teams and stakeholders
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with the sales team
• Provide leadership, direction, and performance management to project teams
• Drive innovation, process improvements, and operational efficiency

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years managing complex technical projects
