• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business and HR leaders to align recruitment priorities with organizational goals.
• Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct competitive market analysis to ensure equitable and attractive offers.
• Data & Process Excellence: Leverage ATS, analytics, and recruitment tools to track metrics and optimize efficiency.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all internal policies, labor laws, and ethical hiring practices.
• People & Culture Advocacy: Demonstrate a passion for the people agenda, inclusion, and change management, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
