Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong Figma expertise to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for our platform while collaborating closely with product managers and developers.

You should be comfortable creating design systems, reusable components, and using Figma variables to maintain scalable and consistent UI patterns across the product.

This is a full-time, on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Build and maintain Figma design systems, components, and variables
• Ensure consistency and scalability across the product UI
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Translate user needs and product requirements into effective design solutions
• Participate in product discussions and contribute to improving the overall user experience

Requirements

• Experience in UI/UX design for web applications
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Good understanding of components, auto layout, and variables in Figma
• Ability to create clean, scalable design systems
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Experience collaborating with front-end developers
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
