Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to clients, tailored to their unique needs and goals
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial situation, risk profile, and investment objectives
  • Recommend and facilitate the opening of appropriate banking products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and investment opportunities
  • Assist clients with account management, including fund transfers, bill payments, and account inquiries
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and policies to effectively address client needs
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide comprehensive financial solutions for clients
  • Actively participate in client acquisition and retention initiatives to grow the bank's customer base
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies

Requirements

  • experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and digital banking platforms
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Willingness to undergo continuous training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
