Business Development Executive

Position Overview:

We're looking for a PR & Social Media savvy and detail-oriented Business Growth Associate – to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the PR landscape, media relations, and brand storytelling, who can support our growth team through planning, research, pitch creation, and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in building tailored PR pitch decks and campaign proposals for prospective clients

across lifestyle, fashion, and luxury domains.

Support in planning and updating PR calendars, media outreach schedules, and activation

timelines.

Conduct research on media publications, journalist networks, brand competitors, and PR opportunities to strengthen pitches.

Help compile media coverage reports, press kit documentation, and campaign performance highlights.

Coordinate internally for proposal execution, outreach tracking, and presentation follow-ups.

Stay updated with relevant PR trends, influencer networks, brand campaigns, and media

movements.

Join brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative PR ideas and positioning strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of the PR & Social Media landscape, media channels, influencer ecosystems, and editorial processes.

Proficiency in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations and press collaterals.

Comfortable working with calendars, timelines, and structured campaign workflows.

Basic ability to compile and interpret media coverage or campaign metrics.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for storytelling.

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
