Designation: Senior Officer/ Assistant Director Placements

Role Objective:

To drive high-quality core placements by building strong industry partnerships aligned with LPU's academic programs, leveraging corporate sales, relationship management, and employer engagement expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with industry partners aligned to LPU's programs (Core Engineering, Architecture, Education, Hotel Management, Agriculture, Law, Pharmaceuticals, Design, etc.).
• Lead end-to-end placement activities including employer onboarding, job mapping, campus drives, and offer closures.
• Generate placement opportunities through corporate sales outreach, account management, and industry networking.
• Achieve placement targets (number, quality, CTC, core-role alignment).
• Maintain placement MIS, employer database, and analytics for reporting and forecasting.

Desired Profile:

• Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in placements, corporate sales, business development, or key account management.
• Proven success in industry hiring, B2B sales, or talent acquisition partnerships.
• Strong understanding of core industry roles relevant to academic disciplines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Target-driven, relationship-focused, and outcome-oriented mindset.
