Job descriptionStrong fundamentals in OOP and backend system design Hands-on experience with Python (primary) and JavaScript (Node.js) Has personally built and shipped production systems (not just assignments or demos) Comfortable reasoning through edge cases, trade-offs, and failure modes Exposure to LLMs / agentic systems (LangGraph highly preferred) BE in Computer Science Experience with async systems, event-driven architectures, or backend APIs Prior work with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or tool-using LLMs Strong debugging mindset; comfortable working with incomplete or evolving specs Not a research or model-training role Not a frontend-heavy role Not a role for candidates with only POCs, demos, or coursework-level experience

Salary : 25LPA range based on fitment
What you’ll work on :
- Build and maintain production backend services in Python and JavaScript
- Implement agentic workflows (LLM-driven systems, orchestration, stateful flows)
- Work with LangGraph or similar agent frameworks for multi-step reasoning pipelines
- Integrate APIs, tools, and external services into reliable, low-latency backend flows
- Write clean, readable, well-structured code - correctness and clarity over cleverness
