Who You Are

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Product team and take ownership of design across our consumer-facing product and internal tools. In this role, you will shape user experiences end-to-end - from research and discovery through to polished, production-ready designs - while also contributing to and maintaining our design system. If you bring a user-centered mindset, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering, we'd love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Plan and conduct user research, usability tests, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback and translate it into effective design solutions
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs for consumer-facing and B2B products
• Build, maintain, and evolve the design system across all product surfaces, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers to deliver features in an Agile, fast-paced environment
• Clearly communicate and document design concepts, rationale, and specifications to cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify and address UX gaps proactively, balancing usability, usefulness, and visual quality
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices and translate them into actionable design improvements
  
  

Job Requirements

What You Will Bring

• 3- 5 years of experience in UX Design or Digital Product Design
• A portfolio demonstrating impactful, functional design across consumer and B2B contexts
• Proficiency in Figma or comparable design and prototyping tools
• Hands-on experience contributing to or owning a design system
• A user-centric mindset with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Experience working on complex applications and delivering intuitive, elegant solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
• A growth mindset and willingness to experiment with emerging tools ( including AI-powered design and workflow tools) to improve speed and output quality
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
